No, you do not need to be a member of the gym to use our facilities. We are open to everyone.

Bring a towel, swimwear, your phone for content, and optionally, a companion. We suggest men bring an extra pair of socks if you plan on using the ice bath and then taking photos.

How Long Should I Stay in the Ice Bath?

Can Two People Use It at Once?

Yes, absolutely! We encourage bringing a friend or a date.

How Do I Get In?

After booking a session through our web app, you can check in up to 5 minutes before your session. Once checked in, you will receive a code; use this code on the keypad to gain entry.

What If My PIN doesn’t Work?

In the unlikely case that your pin doesn't work, please call our support line, which is open 7 days a week from 8 AM to 8 PM. If it's outside these hours, please leave us a message, and we will investigate and issue a refund if necessary.

Will the Sauna Be Hot When I Get In?

Yes, they are chilled to 10 degrees Celsius.

Can I Change the Temperature of the Ice Bath?

No, the temperature is set to optimize recovery. If you would like to request a lower temperature, please contact our gym partners.
